Family Fun Day
The City of Arroyo Grande Recreation Services Department, the Arroyo Grande Lions Club, and LifePoint present an Annual Family Fun Day on the last Saturday of June each year. This event offers a variety of fun activities for all ages. Some of the exciting activities scheduled are carnival games, a bounce house, a hot dog and tri-tip sandwich BBQ, photo booth, Kona Ice, popcorn, face painting, demos, crafts, water balloon tosses, three legged races and much more.
Fourth of July in the Village
Join us in celebration of the 4th of July at the Rotary Bandstand. Enjoy the Village Band Concert at 1 p.m. Hot Dogs, Lemonade and Ice Cream will be served by the South County Historical Society! Arroyo Grande in Bloom representatives will again be present and handing out gifts! Sponsored by the Arroyo Grande Village Improvement Association.
Arroyo Grande Valley Car Show
On the last Saturday in July, come see one of the largest car shows on the Central Coast draws enthusiasts from around the state! Hundreds of cars, including everything from hot rods, muscle cars and trucks to motorcycles and vintage trailers fill the Village for the Annual Arroyo Grande Car Sho (yes, it’s spelled ‘Sho’). Cars are on display throughout the village. Activities take place around the gazebo. A best in show, major’s, and president’s trophy are awarded along with dozens of others for various categories.
