Q. What’s MoveBig Rewards? How does it work?
A. Ever earned rewards with a Credit Card, yea it’s like that.
MoveBig Rewards is a FREE way to earn Rewards just by shopping at MoveBig and encouraging others to do the same. Anytime you feel like earning rewards (Gift Cards, Cash Prizes, & More), go to your app, MoveBig, to find your share code. You can then post your code on social media, or you can refer a friend via text or email. After your friend uses your code on our app, you earn Rewards Points that you can convert into Rewards!
As a MoveBig Rewards member you can expect to receive special offers, personalized product recommendations and info on the moving and storage services in your local area. Everything we send you, will help you either understand more or save more on your upcoming move.
Q. How do I sign up for MoveBig Rewards?
A. Signing up is free and easy. Simply create an account online, through our mobile app, or you can speak with one of our representatives.
Q. I just joined MoveBig Rewards. What do I do next?
A. Welcome to the program that earns you more at MoveBig!
First, check to make sure your member profile is filled out and is properly activated so you get your free birthday reward. Verify your current mailing address and don’t forget to save your info when you’re updating it!
You can also decide if you want to bank your points or automatically redeem them for rewards.
Q. How do I complete my profile?
A. If you joined MoveBig Rewards online, you may not have completely filled out your profile. No sweat, you can still earn your 20 startup points if you complete it now.
- Go to MoveBig.co, or visit us on the app store, MoveBig, click “My Account” and then “Login.”
- Click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts if this is your first time accessing your account on movebig.co, or login to your app.
- Click “Profile”, fill out your info (share your birthday, if you want a free gift!) and then hit “Save.”
Q. How do I earn Rewards Points?
A. First, sign up for MoveBig Rewards. It’s FREE! You can either: sign up online at movebig.co or through your mobile app, MoveBig. If you’re visiting us online, make sure you’re logged into your account. You can also call a MoveBig representative and give them the phone number or email address associated with your account, and they can walk you through the process.
Ways to Earn:
- Earn one Rewards Point per $5 you spend. The only thing you won’t earn points on, are gift cards.
- Earn 5 Rewards Points when you “Like” our Facebook page, and 10 Rewards Points each time you share our Facebook and Twitter posts.
- Earn 5 Reward Points when you “post a review” on our Yelp page, and 10 Reward Points every time you “post a review” on our Google+ page using this link.
- Earn 5 Rewards Points when you “Follow” our Instagram page, and 20 Reward Points each time you “take a photo” of your MobiMovers in action and “post it” using either #MobiMover or #MoveBig as a “hashtag,” in your Instagram posts.
You can even earn points when you “refer a friend.” Send the “invite code” to your friend, they’ll get 10% off their first purchase, and 30 days after they complete their purchase, you’ll earn 50 rewards points!
Q. When will my Rewards Points appear in my account?
A. The Rewards Points you earn from sharing us with on social media & with your friends is dependent on when your code is used. When your code is used through the app, expect to see your points deposited in your account within 24 hours of job completion.
The Rewards points you earn from social media will be deposited in your account within 24 hours of the activity.
The Rewards points you earn from posting reviews will be deposited in your account within 24 hours of the activity.
The Rewards points you earn from referring a friend will be deposited in your account 30 days after they complete their first job.
Q. What is the minimum Rewards Points required to earn a Reward?
A. 50 Rewards Points equals a $5 Gift card to Starbucks or Jamba! The more you earn, the better rewards you can take advantage of.
Q. Do my Rewards Points ever expire?
A. Yes. Like all good things, even Rewards Points must come to an end. Rewards Points are valid for 6 months before they expire so you have a little bit of time before those Cash Back Rewards expire!
Q. How do I turn my Rewards Points into Cash Back Rewards?
A. When it comes to redeeming your points for Cash Back Rewards, you have two options: Auto-Redeem or Bank.
Q. Where can I find my Rewards Points balance?
A. You can find your Rewards Points balance in your MoveBig Rewards account by logging into your MoveBig “My Account” at movebig.co
Or you may contact Customer Service at 1-800-370-3447 and they can look up your balance for you.
Q. Can I gift Rewards Points to either a charity or another MoveBig Rewards member?
A. We love how generous you are, but at this time your points are yours and yours alone. To have and to hold. From this day forward. Actually, for 6 months on a rolling basis in your account. Which means if you’re not active and we don’t see you for 6 months, your Rewards Points will expire. Points are not transferable and cannot be combined among members.
Q. What can I spend my Rewards Points on?
A. Just about everything at MoveBig. Rewards Points cannot be applied to past purchases.
Q. Can I use Cash Back Rewards through MoveBig.co?
A. Yes! Just open your “My Account” at MoveBig.co to view your Rewards Points and start spending!
Q. Can I use part of my Rewards Points toward my purchase?
A. Sorry to report, but there are no partial redemptions at this time. There will be in the future though, stay tuned.
For example: if you’re paying for a $500 move job with $515 saved up in MoveBig Rewards Points, the remaining $15 will not roll over. You will not be able to apply that remainder to a future purchase.
Q. Why do you need my phone number, email and mailing address?
A. We ask for your phone number so it’s easier and faster to look up your account when you call-in to one of our MoveBig Representatives.
Your email address is the most important part to your MoveBig Rewards account. We use it to send notifications on your new Rewards Points, and as a quick means to look-up your info when you call-in so we can help you quick and efficiently.
It’s also how we send you your monthly account statement, Special Offers and more.
You’re free to opt out of promotional emails if you’d like. You can click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or contact Customer Service at 1-800-370-3447.
And just so you know, your email is safe with us. We’ll never sell your email address to anyone. Cross our hearts and hope to die!
Q. I’m not getting my MoveBig Rewards emails. How can I fix this?
A. We don’t want you to miss out, either! Please call Customer Service at 1-800-370-3447.
Q. I’m getting too many MoveBig emails. How can I fix this?
A. Sorry about that! Look for the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Click that link. It will take you to a page where you can tell us that you want fewer emails or want to fully opt out of promotional emails. However, even if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, you will still get operational emails related to MoveBig Rewards, such as your monthly statement, Rewards notifications, and any account change notifications.
Q. How is the MobiMover Rewards different from MoveBig Rewards?
A. MobiMover Rewards is ONLY geared towards the movers that join our Rewards Program because they need different types of rewards to help grow their income or their business.
MobiMovers can also earn more Cash Back Rewards that MoveBig Rewards members. By increasing your monthly serviced hours to 30 hours or more, each
MobiMover has the opportunity to earn a bonus of at least $100!
MoveBig Rewards is ONLY geared towards our loyal customers that join our Rewards Program. This program is designed to reward our customers that don’t move furniture, but would rather spread the good word, about our awesome moving on-demand movers!
